By combining outsourced IT and accounting services it allows a closer and perhaps more responsive relationship with our clients who have their own data entry people or bookkeepers.  These services are primarily for monthly clients who use accounting services. The services are for Small to Medium size Businesses with at least one location in the Seattle area with under 25 (not including counting laptops and PDA’s) users.  QAS implements and maintains co-hosted Microsoft Exchange Server, Share Point and authenticating email servers. We can also manage your existing service. For those of you who have been plagued with missing email you might wish to explore our services until the Federal Government becomes comfortable with “net neutrality”, if at all. We can assist novice users with synchronizing PDA’s to the Exchange Server. In our experience for smaller businesses it’s simply easier to control the IT environment when deploying and servicing accounting software and producing periodic financial statements. Many issues with accounting software and remote access come back to issues with the router and mapping the network.
