Shadow sessions facilitate communication:
In our help sessions we watch your computer monitor so vocabulary is less important. We also see details a phone support
technician normally will miss. We've been offering this support since 2004.
Many users appreciate an online session with a trained accounting professional who can see for themselves the same thing the end user is observing. It's a big difference from talking to a
"technician" who is relying on you to 'speak' his or her
'language'.
In short, you drive, QAS watches your computer monitor, then talks you through the solution.
Customers utilizing this service agree they are responsible for backing up their data and restoring,
if needed.
Service is available on weekends or evenings by appointment
or if staff is available when you call. You can always try..
Fee for Non Monthly Clients
$10 Connection Fee + $25 Incident fee
Service Requires a
Credit Card
Incident fee is for service up to 1/2 hour and is charged only for a resolved issue.
The connection fee is not refundable as some issues simply have no graceful workaround or solution as it is beyond the capabilities of the
software
